Virtual Visits
To ensure a seamless virtual appointment for you, we ask for all required documents to be submitted ahead of the appointment time. We will reach out to you via our HIPPA-compliant, secure and encrypted text messaging app called Klara.
What to submit prior to your appointment:
Photo ID: Driver’s license or passport
Insurance Card
New Patient Registration
Credit or Debit Card on file
Once we verify eligibility, you will receive a message via our Klara text messaging app to confirm your appointment. You will receive a payment request for your co-payment prior to your appointment. On the day of your appointment, you will
receive a video link via Klara to access your virtual appointment.
For the safety of yourself and those around you, we kindly ask that you do not join the visit while driving.

Patients must be physically located in the state of California in order to be seen by one of our providers.
